How does listing verification work?
Owners submit property and identity details before their rooms go live. Listings reach students only after that verification step, which is there to protect student safety and keep what students see close to reality.
How is payment collection set up?
Rent collection runs through established online payment infrastructure. Once your property is set up, reminders and collection are scheduled per room, and each payment is reconciled back to the right room automatically.
What are the contract terms for owners?
Owner plans run on a straightforward per-property basis with no long lock-in. You can start with a single PG and move to multi-property management as you add buildings.
Is it really free for students?
Yes. Searching, matching and finding a room cost a student nothing. There is no charge to be matched to a PG or a compatible roommate.
